Meghan (she/her) is one of our Associate Clinicians and an individual therapist. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO 19242) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (reg# 11260984).
As a client-centered therapist, Meghan approaches therapy with empathy and respect, meeting clients where they are in their journey. She integrates relational and attachment-based perspectives with emotion-focused and psychodynamic approaches to help clients explore their inner world, process emotions, and understand relational patterns. While she occasionally incorporates interventions from structured modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, her approach is adaptive and responsive to each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where meaningful growth and healing can unfold.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you may not be entirely sure what you’re looking for yet — and that’s okay. Meghan offers a supportive environment to explore what’s on your mind, gain clarity, and connect more deeply with yourself and others. Whether you’re navigating life changes, feeling overwhelmed, or looking to understand yourself better, Meghan is here to help you work through what matters most to you.
