Isabelle is one of our Associate Clinicians and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is an integrative, trauma‑responsive therapist who supports adults through meaningful, client‑centered work. Their approach begins with creating a grounding, non‑judgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and held with unconditional positive regard.
Isabelle believes that therapy is a collaborative and deeply human process. They work alongside clients to explore what matters most to them—honouring identity, lived experience, and personal values. Rooted in curiosity and compassion, their style invites clients to slow down, connect inward, and navigate both challenges and possibilities with greater self‑awareness and resilience.

Education & Training:
Isabelle completed a graduate degree in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, gaining a rich grounding in integrative, reflective, and meaning‑centred approaches to psychotherapy. This training continues to inform the depth and thoughtfulness they bring to their clinical work.
Before pursuing psychotherapy, Isabelle completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto with a specialist focus in Cognitive Science and a minor in Philosophy. This early academic path strengthened their understanding of how the mind works, how humans make meaning, and how identity, thought, and emotion interact. The combination of scientific, philosophical, and clinical perspectives now informs the depth and nuance Isabelle brings to their work with clients.
Clinical Supervision:
Olivia regularly participates in clinical supervision with Bruno Jung-Millen, MSW, RSW (OCSWSSW, reg# 837354), to ensure the care she provides is attuned, ethical, and grounded in best practices. She also engages in ongoing peer group consultation, where she continues to learn and grow alongside fellow clinicians—bringing fresh insight and reflective practice to her work with clients.
