2025 Fee Information:
$150 per hour for individual therapy. HST is not applicable to clinical services provided by Registered Psychotherapists. A sliding scale is available to ensure access to support that fits your financial situation.

- Grief & Loss: Providing a nonjudgmental environment to process grief, honour loss, and navigate healing in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to each client.
Professional Experience:
Throughout his career, Connor has focused on the impact of major life transitions on the well-being of adolescents, young adults, and adults. His clinical experience includes working in both academic and private practice settings, where he has supported individuals navigating a wide range of personal and mental health challenges.
Before transitioning to private practice, Connor provided clinical support and interventions to post-secondary students of all ages through Carleton University’s From Intention to Action program. In this role, he worked with students experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, identity development challenges, and other mental health concerns, helping them build resilience and work toward their personal and academic goals. His work also involved equipping students with strategies to manage academic pressures, social challenges, and major life transitions.
With a strong background in academic mental health, Connor has developed a deep understanding of the unique stressors that students and young professionals face. He is particularly skilled in helping individuals adjust to new environments, navigate evolving roles, build meaningful relationships, and manage personal and professional expectations. His clinical expertise allows him to offer a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to therapy, supporting clients in gaining confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being as they move through life’s transitions.
Education & Training
Connor holds a Master of Counselling Psychology (MA) degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. His comprehensive academic background, combined with his research experience, has provided him with a diverse and solid foundation in psychotherapeutic approaches. This education has deepened his understanding of the psychological challenges faced by individuals, particularly during transitional periods such as those encountered by students and young adults.
In addition to his formal education, Connor has pursued extensive professional development to enhance his clinical expertise. He has completed a variety of specialized training courses and programs, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Connor’s continued commitment to professional growth ensures that his therapeutic practice is informed by the latest evidence-based approaches, allowing him to offer the most effective support to his clients.
Clinical Supervision:
Connor is actively engaged in ongoing clinical supervision with Bruno Jung-Millen, MSW, RSW (OCSWSSW, reg#837354), ensuring that his therapeutic practice remains informed by the most current and effective approaches. This regular supervision helps Connor maintain high standards of care and supports his professional development.
Additionally, Connor participates in regular peer group consultations, further enhancing his clinical skills and ensuring that he continues to evolve as a therapist, offering the highest quality of care to his clients.
