EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, and more. Unlike traditional psychotherapy, EMDR uses guided eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones (often supported by neurotechnology) to help your brain reprocess difficult memories and reduce their emotional impact. It’s effective for individuals and couples, and you don’t need to relive painful experiences in detail to benefit. EMDR can support healing from anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and sexual health concerns.
