Canadian Armed Forces (CAF): Active service members may access psychotherapy and treatment services funded directly by the CAF. Prior to beginning services, members must obtain pre‑authorization from CF Health Services (or the applicable Special Forces medical authority). Once authorization is issued, all approved sessions are covered by the CAF, and no payment is required from the member. Our clinic collaborates with CAF care teams to ensure coordinated communication and seamless continuity of care throughout treatment.

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC): For veterans receiving psychotherapy and treatment through VAC, our clinic submits the VAC authorization request to Medavie Blue Cross on your behalf. After approval, VAC covers the cost of each session directly, and our clinic bills Blue Cross following every appointment. Veterans are not required to handle any reimbursements or administrative paperwork. This process ensures timely access to care and supports a streamlined service experience for all VAC clients.
